Teaching Assistant (SEND)

Location: Tonbridge, Kent
Pay rate: £80 -£85 a day depending on experience.

Pathway Education is working with a partner SEND school in Tonbridge. They require a teaching assistant to support pupils with additional needs (PMLD and ASD). The role will require supporting pupils academically, physically and socially. This is a full-time position Monday-Friday 9.00am-3.30pm.

Suitable Candidates

  • Will have previous experience working  with SEND or with with young people (A background in Education, Care, Sports coaching, Social Work, Psychology or Drama is also suitable)
  • Will be a good communicator, resilient, patient, team player with a good sense of humour
  • Can work Monday to Friday (9.00am – 3pm)
