We understand the importance of compliance safeguarding and vetting within schools. Pathway Education has audited status in line with DfE legislation recognised by the REC.
All staff receive safeguarding training and information from the DFE “Keeping children safe in Education” framework.
Files are re-checked as part of our quality assurance process before candidates are cleared to begin working in our client schools.
We use a robust vetting system and registration process. All candidates require two references and are registered on the enhanced DBS update service.
